RESIDENTIAL PROCESS

Our design process is the general framework of what to expect throughout the design project. The ultimate goal is to make the process easy and stress-free for you, and to deliver a result that will far surpass your expectations. 

01 THE BRIEF

The first step is a consultation and site assessment to determine your project needs. This session covers your style, functional requirements, and any issues. We provide ideas, and recommendations, and discuss layouts, materials, budgets, timelines, and our design process. Following this, we send a Fee Proposal for approval to begin the project.

02 CONCEPT DESIGN

We translate the brief into a set of mood boards and layouts that serve as a starting point, guiding the design direction throughout the project. We can work with your contractors or recommend ones for you.

03 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

This phase involves transforming the initial concepts into 3D visualisations and detailed plans that showcase the furniture, finishes, and fittings, bringing the design to life.

04 TECHNICAL PHASE

Once the design visuals are agreed upon, we produce detailed technical drawings and specifications recommending the right products, finishes and service providers to ensure the design can be realised to the budget we have agreed to. We are happy to work directly with your general contractors or refer contractors for you to consider.

05 PROJECT CO-ORDINATION

During this phase, we oversee the execution of the design work and materials we have developed and selected for you. We liaise with your General Contractor and Trades to maintain the integrity of the project, and ensure that the right materials are being installed as designed and approved.

06 STYLING & PHOTOGRAPHY

Once construction is complete, we style your home with selected furniture and accessories to perfect the design. We also work with a professional photographer to capture beautiful images of your newly transformed space.

VIRTUAL DESIGN

Virtual Design is intended for clients outside of Singapore. This fully digital service brings your dream space to life with a one-time fee based on the project scope. We create a floor plan, design board, 3D visualisation and shopping list with paint, wallpaper, lighting, furniture, textiles, and art for a complete space designed by a professional design team.
